Class Vibe

 

I believe that when dancers truly enjoy the learning process, growth happens naturally. If training feels inspiring, engaging, and rewarding, students are more motivated to challenge themselves and reach their full potential.

My teaching philosophy is simple: educate dancers through a fun, fresh, and exciting approach that keeps them fully engaged while building strong technique, confidence, and artistry. We create an environment where hard work and high-level training never lose the joy that makes dancers fall in love with the art in the first place.

Class Line- UP

Our master classes are designed to provide dancers with a well-rounded technical foundation while challenging them to reach the next level. We specialize in technique, turns, flexibility, jumps, conditioning, and Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT).

For the most comprehensive training experience, we recommend a 90-minute master class. This allows us to fully develop each dancer’s strength, technique, and confidence through a structured, progressive approach.

Each class typically includes:

  • A dynamic cardio warm-up to increase stamina and prepare the body for movement.
  • Stretching and flexibility training to improve mobility and reduce the risk of injury.
  • Strength and conditioning exercises to build stability, control, and power.
  • Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT) exercises to develop core strength, alignment, balance, muscle memory, and body awareness.
  • Across-the-floor progressions focused on turn technique, traveling combinations, explosive power, elevation, and jump technique.

Our goal is to create strong, confident, and versatile dancers by combining proven training methods with an energetic, encouraging, and engaging class environment.

If you’re referring to PBT, it’s best to use the full name, Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT), rather than “progressive valley training.”
