Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that schedules can change. To cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to full payment of the
scheduled class.
A courtesy 24-hour reminder and 1-hour reminder are sent for every booked lesson.
If you’ve canceled but still receive a reminder, please let us know right away so adjustments can be made.
If you don’t receive a reminder after booking notify us immediately so we can confirm your session is logged properly.
EARLY TERMINATION POLICY
If you choose to end lessons before the season concludes, we kindly request at least two weeks’ notice. If less notice is given, a $100 cancellation fee will apply. This only applies to our
weekly or biweekly students.
DRESS CODE
Proper dance attire is important for safety and effective instruction.
Approved Footwear: Barefoot, jazz shoes, or turning shoes
Not permitted: Socks (for safety and technical reasons)
Dancers should wear form-fitting clothing that allows instructors to clearly see body alignment.
